Junior & Cie
The INOUI TGV service that accompanies your children on the train!
Does your child aged 4 to 14 need to take the train alone?
Take advantage of the Junior & Cie accompaniment service, which is also available for children with special needs (wheelchairs, mental disorders, etc.).
They'll enjoy a safe, animated trip in a supervised group:
- a team of professional entertainers (BAFA holders) ;
- games and creative workshops on board;
- one activity leader for a maximum of 11 children.
Reservations must be made between 3 months and 4 days before departure, by internet or telephone. This service is only available for direct journeys, without connections and without changing stations.
For organizational and safety reasons, it is necessary to inform us of any disability at the time of booking. Children requiring special care or medical assistance cannot be accommodated on Junior & Cie. Please note that children must be able to use the toilet independently. A dedicated person is provided to accompany a child with a mental or motor disability. If the child travels in a non-folding wheelchair, he or she has a dedicated attendant and travels in the dedicated UFR seat in first class.

Home + Train
TGV INOUI, Senior Compagnie & Libelia have teamed up to offer the Domicile + Train service, enabling the most vulnerable to travel with complete peace of mind. Three types of assistance are available (which may or may not be combined):
- from home to the departure station ;
- during train travel ;
- from the arrival station to home.
As a person with a disability or reduced mobility, take advantage of :
- drivers trained to provide assistance adapted to the needs of people with disabilities;
- the help of a companion for specific needs, such as assistance with meals.

Station assistance service
Are you planning to take the train but have reduced mobility?
Benefit from free assistance when boarding and disembarking trains.
Your assistance is provided from the meeting point at the station, at least 30 minutes before departure, to your seat on the train, and on arrival, from your seat on the train to the station exit, or the accessible meeting point at the station, or the cab rank or connecting train.
The service also includes carrying your luggage (a single piece of luggage weighing a maximum of 15 kilos, with no additional weight or number of items).
We advise you to book your assistance: as early as 90 days before the date of your journey, and no later than 24 hours before your train's departure time, by contacting Assist'enGare.
This way, you're guaranteed assistance on the train you want.
If you do not have a reservation, you can come to the station on your own to travel by train, but the assistance service is not guaranteed.
