Since July^1, 2021, the Loi d'Orientation des Mobilités (Mobility Orientation Law) and its application texts allow Multimodal Digital Service Providers (MDSPs) to deliver transport tickets from Mobility Services Managers.

You are a Multimodal Digital Service Provider and you wish to issue tickets for Mobility Services managed by SNCF Voyageurs on your website or application.

SNCF Voyageurs publishes and makes available to Multimodal Digital Service Providers the current Standard Contract.

The Standard Contract sets out the terms and conditions under which, in your capacity as FSNM and in application of Articles L.1115-10 and L.1115-11 of the French Transport Code, you may issue tickets for Mobility Services.

To issue these tickets, SNCF Voyageurs provides access to the inventories in which they are referenced. This access is possible by means of technical interfaces.

For direct access to these interfaces, technical contracts are offered and communicated after signature of a confidentiality agreement sent on request to the e-mail address indicated below.

Alternatively, inventories can be accessed using other technical solutions provided by numerous intermediary publishers, such as Global Distribution Systems (GDS) or Information Technology Providers (ITP) on the market, who are already connected to the interfaces.
