10/12/2023 - A new INTERCITÉS night train between Aurillac and Paris was inaugurated on December 10, as part of the relaunch of night trains initiated by the Government, the organizing authority for regional balance trains.
TGV INOUI AND INTERCITÉS open winter sales
15/11/2023 - TGV INOUI, INTERCITÉS and TGV INOUI to Europe reservations for Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Belgium and Northern Europe have been open since November 15, 2023, for travel between January 10 and March 24, 2024. Sales are already open for OUIGO Grande Vitesse (until July 5, 2024). Sales for OUIGO Train Classique are open 45 days before travel.

Reservations open for future night train between Paris and Berlin
19/10/2023 - Ticket sales for the new night train between Paris and Berlin opened on October 19, 2023, for service from December 11, 2023. This is a further step in the agreement signed in 2020 to relaunch night trains in Europe, with SNCF Voyageurs, Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB) and Deutsche Bahn (DB), among others. On this occasion, Clément BEAUNE, today announced the commitment of the Ministry of Transport to support European night trains, by contributing financially to the operation of the French part of the Paris-Berlin and Paris-Vienna night train routes. This commitment will be the subject of a 3-year public service agreement currently being finalized between SNCF Voyageurs and the Ministry of Transport.
SNCF Voyageurs and Thierry Marx extend their collaboration with a new menu at the TGV INOUI bar

TGV M trials accelerate on the national rail network
06/10/2023 - Since June 2023, the future TGV INOUI (5th generation equipment called TGV M), has entered its test campaign on the national rail network. This campaign, which is accelerating with the arrival of a new test train, will last until the end of 2023, before the admission test phase in 2024.
TGV INOUI, OUIGO AND INTERCITÉS open their sales for the end-of-year vacations: launch of new destinations
04/10/2023 - On October 4, TGV INOUI, OUIGO and INTERCITÉS opened reservations for travel between December 10, 2023 and January 9, 2024 (until July 5, 2024 for OUIGO Grande Vitesse). Certain international destinations (Spain, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, the UK and the Netherlands) are already open. SNCF Energie and CNR sign France's largest direct purchase agreement for wind-generated electricity
10/07/2023 - SNCF Energie, a subsidiary of SNCF Voyageurs, and CNR (Compagnie Nationale du Rhône) have officially signed a 25-year direct purchase agreement for renewable electricity (Corporate PPA). Through this long-term commitment, CNR, via its subsidiary Vensolair, undertakes to build two wind farms by 2024, and to supply SNCF Energie with 88 gigawatt hours (GWh) of renewable electricity per year. This is the first wind power PPA signed by SNCF Energie, and the largest wind power PPA contract in France.
SNCF Voyageurs and Deutsche Bahn test a seasonal TGV service between Frankfurt and Bordeaux
08/07/2023 - The two European railway companies, SNCF Voyageurs and Deutsche Bahn (DB), celebrated the arrival of the first TGV between Frankfurt and Bordeaux on July 8. This seasonal service marks a new stage in the cooperation between SNCF and DB launched in 2007.

26/05/2023 - This Friday, May 26, 2023, in Bischheim, Thibaud Philipps, Vice-President of the Grand Est Region responsible for transport and sustainable mobility, and Christophe Fanichet, CEO of SNCF Voyageurs, unveiled the first TER AGC (n°X76533) Grand Est trainset renovated by teams at the Bischheim industrial technicenter. The train will go into service in mid-June.
New services for INTERCITÉS night trains from December 2023
25/05/2023 - On May 24, 2023, the Comité de Suivi des Desserts Ferroviaires unveiled the creation of several new services for INTERCITÉS night trains linking southwest France and Paris, as well as changes to certain routes. At the end of the year, the night trains "Le Pyrénéen" and "L'Occitan", operated by SNCF Voyageurs on behalf of the State, the organizing authority for these Trains d'Equilibre du Territoire, will integrate the new Paris-Aurillac-Paris night service. New towns will also be served by night trains: Nîmes, Montpellier, Sète, Agde and Béziers.

27/03/2023 - This March 27, 2023, OUIGO, SNCF Voyageurs' low-cost offer, links Perpignan to Paris for the first time via Valence TGV, Nîmes Pont du Gard, Montpellier Sud de France with 4 new towns served: Sète, Agde, Béziers and Narbonne. This daily round-trip means you can reach the French capital or the prefecture of Pyrénées Orientales in just 5 hours. Customers can already book their tickets for the entire period, from €19 one way and €8 for all children under 12. 500,000 tickets are available from €19 in 2023 on these new destinations. Yet another reason to choose the train for carbon-free travel.
Transilien SNCF Voyageurs launches a recruitment campaign in Île-de-France
13/03/2023 - From Monday 13 March 2023, Transilien SNCF Voyageurs is launching a recruitment campaign in the Île-de-France region. The aim is to recruit 900 agents, including RER, train and tram-train drivers, mechanics and electrical technicians. The campaign, created by the Rosa Paris agency, will be visible on RER and Transilien train lines, billboards, radio and social networks between March and April 2023.

12 Île-de-France locomotives sold at auction
01/03/2023 - A fleet of twelve BB 27300 locomotives withdrawn from the operation of Line N operated by Transilien SNCF Voyageurs for Île-de-France Mobilités has just found a buyer with the rail equipment leasing company Beacon Rail. It's a first for Transilien, an activity of SNCF Voyageurs, and Île-deFrance Mobilités to auction off rolling stock withdrawn from the Ile-de-France network. It is also a record transaction for Agorastore, France's leading auctioneer of public and corporate assets.
Transilien is recruiting 900 staff in 2023
27/02/2023 - Transilien SNCF Voyageurs will be recruiting over 900 staff this year, including 400 RER, train and tram-train drivers, 200 station customer relations officers, 150 train maintenance technicians and 110 supervisors and managers. A major recruitment campaign and two recruitment forums will be launched in March and April by Transilien in Île-de-France. True to its policy of feminization and inclusion, the jobs offered by the Mass-Transit expert in Île-de-France are open to all.

TGV M launches its first dynamic tests in the Czech Republic
09/02/2023 - Since December 7, 2022, the first TGV M test train from Alstom's Avelia Horizon range has been at the Velim test site in the Czech Republic. This test campaign will last almost 6 months, and is part of a long series of tests for this new generation of TGVs.
Transilien receives Cap'Handéo certification for its accessibility system
26/01/2023 - Transilien, an SNCF Voyageurs business, has been awarded 3-year Cap'Handéo certification for its accessibility system on all the lines it operates -RER, train and tram-train T4 and T11- and for its "Accès Plus Transilien" service, associated digital tools and equipment. "Accès Plus Transilien" was set up as part of the contract with Île-de-France Mobilités, the fruit of a shared commitment to improving transport accessibility in the Île-de-France region.
