Connection to the INOUI TGV Portal
Once on board, simply connect to the TGV INOUI WiFi to access the TGV INOUI Portal:
On IOS and MAC .
- Activate WiFi in your parameters or settings.
- Select the "_SNCF_WIFI_INOUI" network.
- Click on "Connect me
- You will be redirected to the TGV INOUI Portal to finalize your connection, by clicking on "Connect to Internet". If this is not the case, manually enter the url https://wifi.sncf* in your browser to finalize your connection to the TGV INOUI Portal.
On desktop :
- Activate wifi in your settings.
- Select the "_SNCF_WIFI_INOUI" network.
- You will be redirected to the TGV INOUI Portal to finalize your connection, by clicking on "Connect to Internet". If this is not the case, manually enter the url https://wifi.sncf* in your browser to finalize your connection to the TGV INOUI Portal.
On Android :
- Activate wifi in your settings.
- Select the "_SNCF_WIFI_INOUI" network.
- Validate the General Terms of Use by clicking on "Connect me".
- Click on "Copy the link and access the Internet" and paste it into your usual browser. You can also manually enter the url https://wifi.sncf* in your browser to access the TGV INOUI Portal.

A message may appear when you wish to access the INOUI TGV Portal site on your first visit.
To access the site, simply click on the "Continue" button and the site will open. Alternatively, open your browser and enter the following url: https: //wifi.sncf*

This is a known problem on some Android devices. To remedy the problem, please enter the following address in your browser: https://wifi.sncf*, which will force the access page.
Then don't forget to check off the validation of the GTC (general terms of use) in order to benefit from the service.

There are several technical reasons for this access problem:
- the configuration of your device
- a problem with an on-board software service
Try reconnecting to the WIFI or checking that your VPN is correctly disconnected (see answers to the question "I'm having trouble connecting, what can I do?").
- Either the message doesn't exist and you're connected to the Internet. You can check by consulting a web page.
- Or the wifi service on board your TGV INOUI is temporarily disrupted and prevents access to the TGV INOUI Portal. You can try again later.
Depending on the device, opening the VPN upstream may block access to the INOUI TGV Portal. In this case, disconnect your VPN to be able to use the service.
Access to TGV INOUI Portal content
In rare cases, passenger information may not have been updated before the train's departure. If you need information about your journey, you can consult the on-board screens, the sncf.com website or contact your conductor.
On the TGV INOUI portal, discover a range of services and content to enrich your journey:
- over 600 content and entertainment options: digital press, films, series, games, podcasts, documentaries, cartoons and children's content (meditations, podcasts, stories to read) ;
- real-time travel information (real-time timetables, train speed, information on intermediate and destination stations, arrival platform, connections, etc.);
- an interactive map detailing your train's route, the driver's view, the CO2 savings meter and the main sites crossed;
- online meal ordering;
- the Bot TGV INOUI ;
- and other services once on board...
You are eligible for Business Première if your ticket corresponds to one of the following fares:
- Business Première or Flex Première
- Carte Liberté with a First Class ticket
- Negotiated and discounted First Class fares
- Grand Voyageur or Grand Voyageur Le Club program, regardless of fare
For a better experience, we advise you to use the Chrome or Safari browser. This will enable you to enjoy the content available on the TGV INOUI portal with complete peace of mind.
When you watch a film for the first time on the INOUI TGV Portal, a black screen may appear. Don't panic, this could mean :
- either the film is only paused, in which case simply press the "arrow" launch button on the bottom left, and you'll be able to watch your film,
- or it's unable to start, in which case simply :
- press the "Refresh this page" button or icon in your browser's address bar, and you'll be able to watch your movie.
- deactivate your VPN: some VPNs prevent you from accessing content on the TGV INOUI portal, so we recommend that you deactivate it.
- change your browser: For a better experience, we recommend using Chrome or Safari. This will allow you to enjoy the content available on the TGV INOUI Portal with complete peace of mind.
When playing content (film, documentary, cartoon, etc.), you can change the audio language and subtitles by clicking on the first pictogram in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
